1. Services

FixCore provides website design, development, and automation services for service businesses. All services are delivered as described in the selected tier (Launch, Growth, or Infrastructure).

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD. We accept payment via Stripe. Pricing is flat-rate with no hidden fees.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your website, contact us within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

4. Delivery

Standard delivery is within 3 business days of receiving your completed intake form and payment. Infrastructure builds follow a custom timeline agreed upon during the strategy call.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you, including all custom content and design. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

FixCore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
